Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We provide web development, Google Ads management, and automation.

• The Build: Most custom projects are completed within a 7-day sprint.
• The Ads: We manage your campaigns; you pay Google directly for the ad spend.
• The Tech: We use modern tools (Next.js, n8n) to build your lead engine. We aren't liable for temporary outages caused by third-party platforms (Google, mobile carriers).

• Google Ads Guarantee: If we don't deliver 5x ROAS within 60 days of campaign launch, you receive a full refund of our management fee. We've achieved as high as 15x ROAS — 5x is the guaranteed minimum. Ad spend paid directly to Google is non-refundable. ROAS is calculated based on confirmed, trackable conversions reported by Google Ads.
• Website Guarantee: Your website will be delivered within 2 weeks of project kickoff (defined as receipt of deposit and all required content/assets from the client). If we miss this deadline through no fault of the client, the project is free — we will refund your payment in full.
• Limited Capacity: We only take on 3 clients at a time to ensure every project gets the attention it deserves.

• Founder's Discount (Websites): Early clients receive a 10% discount on all website builds (Service and E-commerce plans). This discount is applied automatically and may be removed at any time without notice.
• Ads Management — Monthly: 10% off the standard monthly rate ($495/mo instead of $550/mo).
• Ads Management — Annual: Clients who commit to an annual ads management plan receive 30% off ($4,620/yr instead of $6,600/yr, billed upfront or in two semi-annual installments). Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 60 days, subject to the Google Ads Guarantee (see Section 3).

A deposit (or full payment) is required before we start. Payments are non-refundable once the build begins, except where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope or where a guarantee applies (see Section 3).

Once you pay in full, you own your website and its assets. We keep the right to show off the work in our portfolio.

We are not liable for any indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
